Andrea has very broad policing experience, including response, neighbourhood, training and plain clothes roles. More specifically Andrea has specialist policing skills, including firearms and critical incident command. Her last role was running the five force Northwest Armed Policing Collaboration. Andrea has demonstrated, throughout her career, the ability to provide a high quality of service to the public working alongside partners; the support and development of colleagues to achieve their personal and leadership potential through training, coaching and mentoring and a strong commitment to cultural change. With a passion for creating diverse and inclusive workplaces Andrea has been a strong advocate for colleagues particularly in the specialist areas of policing. Andrea's approach to her role as a police leader and now as a coach is summed up in the words of Spiderman, "With great power comes great responsibility."

Raj is a retired Chief Superintendent with 31 years police service. In a diverse career Raj has had frontline, detective, crime team, and staff officer roles. As a senior officer, he has led territorial commands and was the Commander of Camden and Islington and Hounslow Boroughs in London. In these senior command roles, Raj has developed and implemented a fearless approach to community engagement focusing on those issues of most concern to local people. Prior to the Borough command roles, Raj had the privilege of being part of the Metropolitan Police Change Management Programme and the development of its diversity strategy. In 2021 Raj transferred to Hampshire Constabulary where he was Head of Partnerships, Vulnerability, and Protection. As a senior officer, Raj developed significant experience of public order and public safety operations and was part of the team that delivered a safe London Olympics. In 2014 he won the British Indian Overseas award for Services to the Community and has been formally commended on several occasions.

Jane is a retired Chief Inspector with 30 years police service. Jane spent most of her career in neighbourhood policing. This is where her policing "heart" lay. With promotion to more senior ranks Jane took on additional responsibilities while continuing to focus on what matters to communities. One of her proudest achievements is creating the Police Cadet scheme in Greater Manchester Police. At its peak the scheme had over 300 young people engaging in neighbourhood initiatives and gaining an insight into policing. In addition to demanding front line responsibilities Jane is a trained and experienced police tutor, coach and trainer. After retirement she also gained accreditation as a Menopause Support Coach, as she seeks to provide tailored support to all her clients.

Catherine is a retired Chief Inspector with 31 years police service. Catherine has had a broad range of policing experiences and served at senior rank for the last ten years. Highlights of Catherine's career include policing inner city Manchester with its multitude of challenges and secondments to both the College of Policing and to the then Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Policing as part of the inspection process. In addition, Catherine has a wealth of training, strategic and national policing experience and knowledge. Catherine is dedicated to bringing out the best in people and this was recognised when she was awarded a police national commendation for developing and motivating staff.

Debbie is a retired Police Inspector with 30 years service in Hertfordshire Constabulary. Throughout her career as a detective, Debbie developed specialised expertise in managing registered sex offenders and high-risk offenders, as well as serving as an intelligence officer on murder investigation teams. In her final role, she spent four years as Inspector leading Police Officer, PCSO and Special Constabulary recruitment. Her outstanding work both in investigations and transforming recruitment processes earned her numerous commendations. Following her police service, Debbie took on a strategic role with the Metropolitan Police as an Outreach Recruitment Lead, where she worked closely with Black community leaders in North London to enhance diversity in recruitment. She later became a Progression Development Coach, supporting Met Police student officers through their academic and operational milestones on various entry pathways including PCDA and DHEP Detective programmes. Debbie is passionate about identifying and developing talented individuals from diverse backgrounds who can bring meaningful change to policing. She brings this enthusiasm to her current coaching role, along with her love for travel and diving, which often finds her working with clients from various locations across the country.

Sarah has extensive operational experience across response, neighborhood policing and proactive teams. She has developed specialist skills in public order, public safety operations, and disaster victim identification, demonstrating versatility in both frontline and specialized roles. Throughout her career, Sarah has shown a strong commitment to officer welfare and crime development. She has taken on multiple support roles including peer supporter, maternity buddy, and domestic abuse champion. Her dedication to colleague wellbeing has earned her recognition for proactively monitoring and supporting team members' mental health. David spent the majority of his career investigating serious crime as a Detective and as a covert officer in the drug squad and surveillance teams. He held the post as Head of Specialists training for Scotland and represented Scotland Nationally and Internationally in developing policy and training for Surveillance Operations. David has spent the last few years in the commercial environment as a Consultant working for organisations such as Deloitte and Motorola on global Police projects. David is passionate about professional development and has supported hundreds of officers over many years to achieve career development goals and promotion opportunities.

Richard has 30 years experience in policing, with his final 10 years at the rank of Chief Supt in West Midlands Police. He has a wide background of policing having worked across both Local areas and as head of the Force Contact department where he led change programmes for New Technologies, the replacement Command and Control system and citizen satisfaction. Whilst Richard has worked across the range of policing roles he has specialised in Public Order/Public safety having commanded high profile football matches, protests, community events including the Olympic Torch relay, Papal visit and most recently as part of the command team for the Birmingham Commonwealth Games. Beyond operational policing, Darren has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing future police leaders.
