Do you support all stages of police recruitment?

We support written applications, SIFT stages, online and in-person assessment centres, interviews, detective exercises and final selection processes. We do not provide advice relating to medical eligibility or fitness tests and cannot guarantee outcomes in these areas.

How long does the police recruitment coaching programme last?

We recommend 2–3 months for optimal preparation, but we also offer intensive programmes for short-notice assessments (as fast as 7 days). Commitment and effort are required. This is not a shortcut.

What if I’ve failed before?

Many successful officers fail on their first attempt. We specialise in supporting candidates who are re-applying and need structured, confidence-building coaching.

What if I lack confidence or life experience?

That is very common. Police recruitment assesses potential and values — not prior policing experience. Our coaching is designed to build clarity, structure and confidence.

Is this suitable for mature applicants?

Absolutely. Candidates with life experience often perform very well in police recruitment. We coach applicants of all ages and backgrounds.
